The Zalando gift card is a voucher has no expiry date and no minimum amount to use. The voucher is not redeemable for cash, replacement in case of loss or damage is not possible.

In the event of cancellation of an order or return of products for which a gift voucher was used, the amount paid shall be reimbursed in the manner provided. The value of the gift voucher shall be credited back to the customer’s account.

The amount of the voucher is not redeemable after completion of an order. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged or blocked.

The gift voucher can only be used on zalando.co.uk and the Zalando App.

How to redeem a Zalando Voucher:

1. Log in on zalando.co.uk or on the Zalando app under “Sign in or register”.
2. Click on your profile and enter your gift voucher code in “My gift vouchers”.
3. The gift voucher amount will be credited to your profile immediately.
4. You can also enter your card code directly during the purchase in the voucher field.
5. If part of the amount is used, the difference will be credited to your customer account.
6. The Zalando gift card is cumulative and can be used for multiple purchases
